Conversion Specialists organize the conversion of properties from one owner to another. You will work with utility providers to make sure the correct information is gathered and the utilities are transferred smoothly. You will also coordinate closely with Account Managers to help clients understand the Conservice process. Come be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients and account managers to get necessary information
- Coordinate with utility providers to gather bill information and schedule utility transfers
- Input account information into the Conservice database
- Help clients understand the full Conservice process
- Acting as the point-of-contact for varying tasks across several properties
- Able to independently solve problems using the resources and tools provided
