Service Credit Union is seeking an Overseas Technical Supervisor for our Sembach Headquarters.
Pay: Salary Base: $ 101,540.43
Hours: Full-time

A Day in the Life:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational and project work for the OS Infrastructure team
- Represents OS Infrastructure team in meetings with other OS business areas
- Analyzes Overseas Infrastructure processes and make recommendations for process improvements
- Ensures all company policies are followed by OS Infrastructure team
- Oversee Network queue in ITSM system and triage support tickets to OS Infrastructure team as needed
- Ability to travel (multi-day possible) to all overseas locations when necessary
- Provide quality support and maintain a professional relationship with peers, management, other staff, and members through cooperation, mutual trust and respect
Experience and Qualifications:
- Only open to US Citizens.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years’ experience with network and server technologies.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Certification(s) CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, or equivalent strongly desired
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required
- Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Strong fundamentals of network concepts and protocols.
- Solid understanding of VMWare and virtual server environments.
- Experience with enterprise network & datacenter operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes such as incidents, service requests, problem, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
