Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research for Taiwan and Hong Kong, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer and industry insights
- Support the definition of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), customer segmentation, and the development of initial go-to-market plans and strategies
- Research, compile, and maintain contact information for key partners and potential clients, and help manage prospect lists and databases
- Support the creation of sales presentations and B2B marketing communication materials for the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets
- Prepare and update presentation decks (PPT/Slides), one-pagers, articles, and business or market research reports
- Leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency of sales operations and administrative workflows, including hands-on execution on digital platforms and backend systems
- Assist in creating product training materials, user guides, operational documentation, training presentations, and tutorial videos
Requirements:
- Major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related STEM field; experience in the software industry is a plus
- Proficient in document and presentation creation, with the ability to use various online tools (e.g., Google Docs, Canva, Lemlist, AI tools)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation, with a strong interest in this field
- Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a team player
- Capable of self-directed learning and task execution, able to work independently under guidance
- Passionate about exploring overseas markets and eager to deepen market insights during the internship period
- Ability to commit at least 2 days (16 hrs) per week for a minimum of 6 months
