Starting Pay: $19.00/hour and a $2,000 Hiring BonusStatus: Full-Time
Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:30 AM | Includes weekends and holidays

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor youth throughout the night to maintain safety and security
• Remain alert, circulate regularly, and respond to any incidents
• Report safety concerns or behavior issues promptly
• Record overnight activity and maintain communication with team
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Assist youth when medical or physical needs arise
• Transport youth as needed using a Boys Town vehicle

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience with youth or in residential care is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However, other duties may be required and assigned at times and as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.
• Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.

• Must be able to walk, stand, and stay alert throughout the shift
• Requires agility, stamina, and emotional resilience
• Work involves both indoor and occasional outdoor environments

• This position requires driving in various weather conditions, including rain, snow and ice.
