About the role:
Join K Health at an exciting time as we close care gaps across the nation by providing Virtual Acute Care, Primary Care and Behavioral Health to patients in need. We are seeking full-time Clinicians to deliver fully remote, text, and video-based, on-demand care to our millions of users.
The ideal candidate will hold licenses in 40 or more states and be board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. In this role, you will build trust and maintain strong relationships with our patients while representing K Health and delivering world-class remote care—all from the comfort of your own home.
Our innovative Clinical AI Platform supports you by streamlining patient visits with an AI-driven intake and symptom checker, making each patient's visit intent clear from the start and allowing you to efficiently address their chief complaints. You will be part of our first-of-its-kind virtual clinic, supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff to help minimize your administrative workload.
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 36-40 hours per week, with 8 or 12-hour overnight shifts, and weekend work is required.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide text-based and video-based, comprehensive clinical care that encompasses urgent care including behavioral health and lifestyle medicine
- Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
- Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate
- Elevate remote care; provide compassionate and meaningful care
- Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate, as appropriate
- Perform against challenging goals with a best-in-class team for the efficiency & quality of work
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of post residency work experience
- 40+ state licenses
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Experience working remotely in an Urgent Care / Acute Care setting
- Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience
- Clean background and medical malpractice history

Hourly Compensation:
$110—$150 USD
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
