Overnight Shift
First 8 weeks are day shift. To complete first portion of training.
This is a bilingual English & French role. Must be able to speak, read, write in both languages.

What You’ll Do
As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Schedule appointments and share helpful information
- Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
- Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
- Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction

TLS Connecting Voices is a call center operation providing inbound and outbound calling, web chat, email, and SMS services. They collaborate with partners to deliver extraordinary brand experiences through information collection, concern resolution, appointment scheduling, and third-party lead source management.
