Job Description:
The Overheads Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of business commitments through optimized and efficient operations. The candidate will be a critical business partner to our functional teams, ensuring overheads’ needs are well defined and fit within the overall business framework.
Success in this position requires a demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights and the fortitude to translate them into actionable strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. The candidate will need to balance attention-to-detail with big-picture thinking and have the ability to interact and influence members of the senior leadership team.
This role is based in BRN in Tennessee with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler, empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
University degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA a plus).
Minimum five-year financial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Overheads or other cost control experience.
SAP experience or equivalent ERP system.
Power BI experience along with strong digital skillset.
Successful communicator with ability to influence via financial acumen.

What will your responsibilities be?
Manage resource allocation through the deployment of annual overheads budgets that are consistent with the needs of the business. Ensure alignment with the functional SVP and team leaders.
Perform period-end close including review and oversight of journal entries and related balance sheet account reconciliations. Work with regional and global teams to ensure accuracy.
Take leadership role in working with business partners to capture changes via the forecasting process. Take mutual ownership and accountability in delivering business commitments.
Develop action-based reporting to ensure business partners fully understand contribution to overheads commitment. Stakeholder partnership to maintain timely risk & opportunities assessments.
Drive financial acumen across the organization by taking leadership role in advocating for each function while maintaining a comprehensive approach to the needs of the organization.
