Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the product line teams to understand long-term demand for internal (Power by the hour + Time & Material) shop visits.
- Work with the overhaul shops and offload providers to understand capacity and capability at each site
- Match the above exercises to determine where we have gaps in demand vs. capacity
- Identify options and drive alignment on best options to solve capacity gaps
- Shepherd deals through capital approval where needed
- Lead program managers responsible for executing projects on time and on budget
- Establish best practices for program management
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience).

Proven experience managing complex facility expansion or new construction projects from planning through execution.
Prior people management experience or demonstrated readiness to lead, develop, and support a team in a formal people leader role.
