• Manage the technical scope of the project 
• Manage Sprint backlog 
• Team management throughout the projects 
• Design/architecture of new applications 
• Create and implement performant solutions in Outsystems to our Customers 
• Help my team to grow technically 
• Coaching of junior consultants 
• Develop or help develop complex user stories 
• Code review of every user story 
• Guarantee the Quality of Delivery 
• The bridge between the Project Manager or the Engagement Manager and the Development Team 
• Help negotiate scope with the Client 
• Help prioritize the Backlog 
• Impact positively the Customer 
• Guarantee that my peers have the same knowledge that I have

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• At least 3  years of experience with OutSystems;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead;
• Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus;
• Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance;
• OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here;
• Good communication skills;
• Good Leadership skills;
• Good at managing People and Conflicts;
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)  - mandatory;
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
• Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
