OutSystems ODC Migration Consultant/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team to join our OutSystems ODC Migration Project. This project involves a significant migration effort, requiring expertise in OutSystems development, architecture, project management, and DevOps practices. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Available Roles:

1. Project Manager

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the OutSystems Migration Project, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular project status reports to management.
  • Manage vendor and principal relationships.
• Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, including PMO skills and tools.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC.
  • Knowledge of high-level corporate business processes (GA, HR, Finance, SCM, Legal, Telco Network).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

2. Solution Architect

• Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect the OutSystems migration solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Define application architecture and design patterns for the LCNC paradigm.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Plan and structure massive refactoring activities, prioritizing tasks and estimating effort.
  • Understand high-level corporate business processes (GA, HR, Finance, SCM, Legal, Telco Network).
• Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in OutSystems/LCNC platforms.
  • Deep understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with end-to-end SDLC and CI/CD on-premise and cloud.
  • Ability to define and structure complex refactoring activities.

3. TA Lead (Technical Architecture Lead)

• Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and integrate the technical architecture and DevOps tools for the OutSystems migration.
  • Manage monitoring, log management, security, Git, Jenkins, test automation, and API gateways.
  • Plan and conduct non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
  • Ensure the reliability and high performance of the application.
• Requirements:
  • Familiarity with OutSystems/LCNC platforms and infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC and CI/CD on-premise and cloud.
  • Experience with designing and integrating DevOps tools.
  • Ability to plan and conduct non-functional testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and reliability mindset.

4. Build Lead

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team in building and deploying OutSystems applications.
  • Ensure adherence to OutSystems design patterns and best practices.
  • Utilize DevOps tools for monitoring, log management, security, Git, Jenkins, test automation, and code quality inspection.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Requirements:
  • Familiarity with OutSystems/LCNC design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC and CI/CD on-premise and cloud.
  • Ability to build all layers of OutSystems applications.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and code quality inspection.
  • Strong problem-solving and code review skills.

5. Senior Developer (2-3+ Years Experience)

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain OutSystems applications, adhering to design patterns and best practices.
  • Utilize DevOps tools for monitoring, log management, security, Git, Jenkins, test automation, and code quality inspection.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Requirements:
  • Familiarity with OutSystems/LCNC design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC and CI/CD on-premise and cloud.
  • Ability to build all layers of OutSystems applications.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and code quality inspection.
  • Strong problem-solving and code review skills.

6. Migration Lead

• Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, test, and execute the OutSystems migration process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners.
  • Utilize DevOps tools for monitoring, log management, security, Git, Jenkins, test automation, and code quality inspection.
  • Ensure the reliability and high performance of the migrated applications.
• Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and executing migration projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end SDLC and CI/CD on-premise and cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and code quality inspection.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and initiative.
