Job Description- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements.
- Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well.
- Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members;
- Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards.
- Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to.
- Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
- Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus;
- OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and be a team player;
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory;
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
- Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
