Responsabilités et tâches
Gérer et faciliter le processus d'outsourcing artistique du début à la fin, y compris la mise en place du pipeline et la définition du flux de travail.
Exécuter les commentaires fournis par les responsables internes et fournir des commentaires opportuns, clairs et cohérents aux partenaires d'outsourcing.
Contrôler les soumissions des partenaires d'outsourcing pour s'assurer que la qualité soit cohérente et élevée, ainsi que le respect des spécifications techniques.
Travailler avec l'équipe interne et coordonner avec les partenaires d'outsourcing pour respecter les échéances.
Identifier de manière proactive les risques associés au respect des étapes du projet.
S'assurer que les mesures nécessaires et appropriées sont prises pour résoudre les difficultés qui peuvent entraver le progrès ou compromettre la réalisation des objectifs du projet.
Intégrer les éléments artistiques externalisés dans le jeu.
Qualifications recherchées
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur.
Compétences artistiques avérées et grand souci du détail pour assurer l'assurance qualité de tous les actifs entrants.
Capacité à intégrer les actifs entrants dans le pipeline approprié.
Compétence démontrée en matière de résolution de problèmes, avec une capacité à surmonter les résistances, les revers et les obstacles.
Qualifications souhaitées
Connaissance des logiciels standards de l'industrie (Maya, Substance Designer, Photoshop, etc.).
Expérience dans le développement de jeux multijoueurs persistants à grande échelle.
Passion pour le développement et la pratique des jeux vidéo.
Bilingue (français/anglais).

Position - Outsourcing Manager
We are looking for an Outsourcing Manager, specialized in character art assets to join the Haven Entertainment Studios project team.
Reporting
The Outsourcing Manager will report to the Outsourcing Producer.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and facilitate the art outsourcing process from beginning to end, including pipeline setup and workflow definition.
Execute on feedback provided by in-house leads and provide timely, clear, and consistent feedback to outsource partners.
Monitor submissions from outsource partners to ensure that quality is consistent and high, as well as adhering to technical specifications.
Work with the in-house team and coordinate with the outsourcing partners to meet milestone deadlines.
Proactively identify risks associated with meeting project milestones.
Ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement of project’s objectives.
Integrate outsourced art assets into the game.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional industry experience.
Proven art skills and high attention to detail to provide QA on all incoming assets.
Ability to integrate incoming assets into the appropriate pipeline.
Demonstrable competence in problem solving, with an ability to overcome resistance, setbacks, and obstacles.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industry standard software (Maya, Substance Designer, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience developing large scale persistent multiplayer games.
Passion for developing and playing video games.
Bilingual (French/English).
