US Accounts Executive
Location: Althan, Surat
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years in outsourcing Accounting
Work Mode: Hybrid

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

We are looking for a Bookkeeping Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the accounting outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on bookkeeping experience and be comfortable working with international clients. Candidates with experience in US Accounting will be preferred; however, experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other offshore accounting processes will also be considered.

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
  
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
  
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
  
• Process sales, purchase, and expense entries.
  
• Assist in month-end bookkeeping activities.
  
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and overseas clients when required.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting Outsourcing/KPO firm.
  
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping.
  
• Experience with US Accounting is preferred.
  
• Candidates with UK, UAE, Singapore, or similar international accounting exposure are also encouraged to apply.
  
• Good English communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
