The Team:
The position forms part of our Outsourced Trading Desk Continuity and Client Services Teams, which functions as the primary point of contact to clients in relation to onboarding, integrations, connectivity, trade settlements and operations. The team currently comprises 7 people, exclusively in the US, and we are keen to hire an additional Continuity and Client Service Representative in Hong Kong in response to our continued growth in the US, and across APAC and Europe.
The Role:
The focus of this role will be to support clients across our Outsourced Trading Desks.
Key Responsibilities related to Continuity:
- Responsible for coordinating new client onboardings for APAC based clients, third party OMS integrations for clients, setting up executing broker relationships for the desk, and managing client commission schedules & broker wallets
- One of the escalation points for internal Outsourced Trading Desk inquiries and trading continuity issues, reports into the Head of OTD Continuity
- Client-facing responsibility acting as the relationship manager with each client’s COO on ad hoc Q&A and setup questions
- Assisting with directed broker setups for clients, including the coordination of connectivity and documentation
- Organize and host new client calls with clients and other internal stakeholders
- Responsible for maintaining blocks, trading rules, fix tags, and OTD trading toolbars in the team’s execution management system, Eze RealTick
- Work with technology to help address client inquiries and drive platform enhancements
- Oversee resolution of foreign broker trade settlement breaks
Key Responsibilities related to Client Services:
- Monitor all trade activity on a daily basis for Outsourced Trading Desk clients
- Work directly with clients, Prime Brokerage Client Service Representatives and trading counterparties to ensure timely settlement on market transactions
- Review all non-US trades for proper settlement and coordinate internally on all open settlements/fails
- Immediately escalate open settlements/fails and work with settlements and external counterparties to resolve trade detail discrepancies
- Ensure all client trades are reported properly in the trade portal and at counterparties
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to address client and counterparty requests, such as local market trade instructions, settlement issues, and resolution on all open failing trades
- Assist with onboarding new clients and testing new client set ups
- Monitor and review trade input and activity in Traiana and other firm trade processing applications

- Bloomberg knowledge preferred
