At EisnerAmper, we look for individuals who welcome new ideas, encourage innovation, and are eager to make an impact. Whether you’re starting out in your career or taking your next step as a seasoned professional, the EisnerAmper experience is one-of-a-kind. You can design a career you’ll love from top to bottom – we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff II to join our Outsourced Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven digital marketer who enjoys working across channels, solving problems, improving performance, and translating digital activity into clear client insights.

The Staff II will manage digital campaigns, supporting a wide range of client needs across paid media, SEO, analytics, reporting, website/CMS updates, email marketing, and marketing technology. This person should be comfortable working across platforms, collaborating with account managers and project managers, and supporting client-facing reporting conversations.

This is not a single-channel role. The right candidate is a true digital generalist with strong paid media experience, a solid SEO foundation, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to jump between strategy, execution, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization. They should be passionate about technology, curious about what is next, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.

This role reports to the Director of MarTech & Digital Strategy.
