Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Records Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing compliant disposition processing, auditing critical metadata, and maintaining the absolute data integrity of both digital and physical legal records.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
Review and analyze record profiles within to audit, validate, and update retention metadata, cross-referencing digital data integrity against physical inventory to ensure flawless record-keeping.
Provide polished, high-touch support to internal stakeholders, partners, attorneys, and external clients, indexing and preparing highly confidential files for secure, off-site vault storage.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal retention policies, and defensible destruction regulations while executing the end-to-end file and record lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in records management, information governance, or a specialized data analyst role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, auditing, and managing large datasets of metadata.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proven skill in managing the end-to-end records lifecycle, including physical inventory handling (locating, lifting, and reviewing files/boxes).
Pay Rate : between 55k to 60k depending on the experience
5% annual Bonus
