Join Our Golf Operations Team!On the Job- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property.
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Assist members and guests with golf bags, including loading and unloading bags onto carts.
- Provide club cleaning services and help maintain an organized work area.
- Prepare golf carts for member and guest play by staging them in the designated cart area.
- Return carts to storage clean and ready for the next round, removing debris, towels, scorecards, and other items.
- Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and maintain the driving range.
- Wash, organize, and arrange range balls and baskets according to club standards.
- Be attentive to the needs of members and guests and take initiative to create a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Stay active and productive throughout your shift. When one task is complete, look for the next opportunity to assist a guest, support the team, clean, organize, or improve the operation.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming golf environment at all times.
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
