Base Salary: $52,000/year

Sanel NAPA is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and build long-term relationships with automotive and business customers throughout the Central/ Southern New Hampshire territory.

What You'll Do- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and local networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide the right parts, products, and solutions
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand customer relationships
- Promote Sanel NAPA products, programs, services, promotions, and rebates
- Work toward and achieve monthly sales and profit goals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns
- Partner with store teams to ensure customers receive the right products and support
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up in our CRM
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, training, and industry trends
- Participate in sales meetings, events, and company initiatives
- Assist with past-due account collection when needed
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers and develop business
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, retail, automotive, or related experience
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Experience working toward sales goals or quotas
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable prospecting for new business and making cold calls
- Organized and able to manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and customer pipeline
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems, and other technology
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- $52,000 base salary

Physical RequirementsThis position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory and work in both office and automotive store environments. The role may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Employees may work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and are expected to use appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
