Your Role 

  • Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in home appointments 
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish 
  • Close sales using warm company provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking 
  • Build confidence with ongoing coaching and professional support 

Training and Support 

  • Comprehensive 4-week training program built for beginners 
  • First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning 
  • Start earning commission as early as Week 3 
  • Continuous coaching to help you grow and succeed 
  • Draw available up to $1,600 
  • Flexible appointment-based schedule working 5 days per week
