Purpose of an Outside Sales Representative:  

The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Ontario, Canada.  You must be able to commute and travel daily within Ontario. The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area.   

Success: 

The goal is to have dealer agreements signed in Dealer Track (DT), application submissions and those applications approved and funded.  A Sales Reps success will be in the volume and quality of deals submitted by their dealers. 

Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

• Dealer Engagement, you offer an exceptional client experience by providing support and providing the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
  
• Problem Solving, listen, ask questions and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.

• Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals.

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:

• MUST be located within Ontario
• 3-5 years of related sales experience
  
• Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
  
• Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
  
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis
  
• Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
  
• Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually 
• Competitive Commission Structure with performance-based earning potential
