What You’ll Be Doing
As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines helping homeowners upgrade to better internet. Your mission: connect with potential customers, share the WeLink story, and help them experience faster, more reliable service.
You will:
- Canvas neighborhoods, generate leads, and engage directly with potential customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight WeLink’s superior internet solutions.
- Build relationships and uncover customer needs to create the best-fit solution.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through persistence and professionalism.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient — you don’t back down from challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to at least 4 hours per day, 4–5 days per week.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train you for success.
