At ADESA Brasher’s Auto Auction, we’re not looking for just any salesperson—we’re looking for a fearless hunter. Someone who knows how to open doors, revive cold leads, and win over dealerships that want to buy and sell vehicles at one of the most active auctions in California.

• 💬 Build authentic relationships with buyers and sellers across the region

• 🧩 Problem-solve on the fly and find custom solutions for each client

• 📍 Work your territory, make dealership visits, and bring the energy daily

• A natural closer with a fearless mindset

• A grinder who isn’t afraid to walk into a dealership and introduce themselves

• A relationship builder who listens more than they talk

• Organized and self-motivated—you run your day like a boss

• Experienced in sales (automotive is a bonus, but not required)

• Comfortable using tech tools and CRM systems to track and grow your pipeline

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Automotive sales or territory sales experience

• College degree or some post-secondary education

• Experience in cold calling, upselling, or managing dealer accounts

• 💸 Pay Range: $68,640 – $72,000/year (Base + commission potential!)
