CPI Security is looking to hire a Outside Sales Recruiter to join our team on site at our beautiful corporate office in Charlotte, NC. As a Field Sales Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and hiring top talent that drives our mission forward. You’ll work closely with department leaders to build dynamic teams across our corporate and field teams, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and field roles, including Sales, Operations and more
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create strategic talent acquisition plans
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-quality, diverse candidates
  • Represent CPI’s employer brand and promote a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer delivery, and onboarding transitions
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and generate regular reporting on key recruiting metrics and trends
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting processes across corporate functions

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Previous experience supporting hiring across multiple departments or business units
  • A background in corporate sales or operations recruitment is a strong advantage
