Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan with guidance from your District Sales Manager
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, plant managers, maintenance teams, and purchasing decision-makers
- Identify and capture new business opportunities, while growing existing accounts
- Provide application expertise and technical guidance for fluid power solutions
- Partner with inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Manage your pipeline, forecast, and territory performance using CRM and sales tools
Experience, Education and Skills
- 3+ years of B2B industrial or fluid power sales experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, motion control, OEM focus preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting
- Strong track record of new business development and account growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a territory independently
- Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma in fluid power, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, some overnight travel may be required
