Pharmacy Times at MJH Life Sciences is seeking an Outcomes Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of outcomes reporting for commercial education portfolios. This role collaborates across the pharmacy and managed care brands including Pharmacy Times and AJMC. This critical, service-focused role involves collecting, analyzing, and assembling data from clinicians who participate in live and on-demand programs. Outcomes Coordinators prepare comprehensive reports that highlight activity impact, which are submitted to external funding organizations. In addition, this role provides opportunities to engage in research projects, abstract development, article writing, and industry presentations. This hybrid position, based at our Cranbury, NJ campus, requires flexibility, creativity, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to gather background information and reporting deadlines.
  • Collect, analyze, and assemble data, audience response information, testimonials, transcripts, and other feedback from participants.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and outcomes reporting for both live and online activities.
  • Prepare outcomes reports and coordinate review and approvals across teams to meet submission deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in to collect scientific and clinical data to support outcomes reporting.
  • Contribute to special projects including abstract development, article writing, and preparation of  for internal and external presentations.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and positive communication skills across departments.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interest in data analysis with the ability to interpret and present findings.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs), Word (style guides, formatting, templates), PowerPoint (embedding audio/video, master slides), and Adobe Acrobat Writer (editing content, managing pages).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative writing abilities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Compensation Range:
$50,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
