Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• This supervisor will lead a team of 8-20 hourly team members
• This team is responsible for picking and loading LTL and FTL shipments
• The supervisor is responsible for scheduling loads in a transportation management system
• The supervisor is responsible for inventory moves within our warehouse management system
• The supervisor is responsible for researching and correcting inventory variances in the warehouse management system

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills in Google Drive, especially Sheets
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
