We’re passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we’re looking for people like you.
Ready to reach your potential? It’s time to look at Taylor.
Your Opportunity: Taymark, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in White Bear Lake, MN! In this role, you will be focusing on prospecting for new business growth within our adult graduation market. This role would spend time prospecting with high schools and colleges for cap/gown, diploma covers, and diploma inserts. This role will be our schools' single point of contact from introduction through onboarding, and then long-term account management. The processing of orders through to production would be handled by another member of our account manager team.
Every school is unique in their needs and what is important to them, we don’t use scripts; we want the sales reps and account managers to build relationships with the schools and speak to each school based on what they need. Once schools are onboarded, this role works with the schools to continue to grow their sales with our brand – many times a school will onboard with just one of the graduation products; it is up to the account manager to get to know the school, what else do they order, how can we assist, what can we do for the school to keep the relationship “sticky” so we continue to grow their sales year after year.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about graduation and the graduation planning process, passionate about building relationships (not transactional), and wants to come on board and be a part of our team long-term. This market segment is very much relationship-based; it is critical to the account managers' success and in turn, our success.
We have aggressive sales growth targets for our adult graduation market and would love to welcome a new team member that has passion for growth. They will hear “no thank you” more often then “let's talk more” – need to be quick to pick themselves up and go on to the next contact.
