We are seeking a goal-driven and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships. Prospecting & Sales Execution
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.
- Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.
- Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM.
- Analyze key sales metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships that lead to recurring business and referrals.
- Take initiative and demonstrate leadership—top performers will have the opportunity to grow into sales management roles.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
- Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).
- Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to continuously improve.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience selling into the U.S. market is a strong plus.
