Identify business opportunities in the translation industry by hunting for and qualifying prospects, while evaluating their position in the market.
Execute outbound campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate meetings and establish connections with potential clients.
Build strong relationships and recommend our translation services through a consultative approach.
Liaise with senior management, product, and operations teams to communicate client needs and requirements effectively.
Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings and bookings.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM and provide weekly updates on progress toward goals.
Be assessed on the quality of your sales pipeline and CRM data integrity.
Forecast and track key sales metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Compensation will include a base salary along with an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
Requirements
Must have 3+ years Sales experience in the US and EU Market.
A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
A hard worker who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction.
An overachiever who has the ability to exceed sales targets quarter on quarter and overdeliver in all aspects of the defined role.
