What You'll Do

  • As an Outbound Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by:
  • Prospecting new business customers through outbound calls, email and SMS.
  • Following our structured outbound sales cadence and lead management process.
  • Conducting quality discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
  • Recommending FleetCard solutions that deliver value to customers.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Managing opportunities through Salesforce and ensuring every lead has a clear next step.
  • Achieving activity, pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to post-sale support.
  • Working closely with our Credit and Marketing teams to progress applications and maximise opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing administration to a high standard.
  • Participating in coaching, training and continuous learning to develop your sales capability.

  • A genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.

Desirable Experience

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development.
  • Experience within financial services, fleet management or SaaS.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound leads.
