We are seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative to join the sales team to fuel the engine of our growth.  In this role, you will play a key role in driving revenue potential for a defined territory by creating sales opportunities with leads generated from multiple channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a pipeline of closable deals through research and working strategically with Account Executives and ABM/Demand Generation
  • Engage IT and engineering leaders through phone, email, and other channels to identify opportunities to solve their data storage challenges
  • Leverage AI for research and message personalization
  • Maintain a high volume of daily activity
  • Travel to 2-4 tradeshows a year to generate leads in person

Ideal Fit:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce, a contact database, and a sales automation tool
  • Capacity to understand unfamiliar concepts quickly and explain them in a simple manner 
  • Prior experience selling to IT or engineering personas

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is $50,050 to $58,100.
