- Make outbound calls for warm lead follow-up and outbound cold calls for sales campaigns
- Resolve the majority of sales inquiries and escalate other high-level inquiries to senior staff members or management
- Manage ground operational issues and customer complaints
- Maintain Sales KPIs such as End-of-Day Sales Channels Reporting and Same-Day Reply Rate.
- Use cloud-based tools and spreadsheets to document deals, update pipelines and report sales progress to management
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks meticulously to ensure systems are updated
Requirements
- Capable of Work in-center (Davao Site)
- Good communications skills
- Good command of spoken English
- Speaks with confidence and clear intonation over the phone
- Ability to negotiate is a plus.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Willing to render overtime.
