- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care on our internal conveyor or relevant areas
- Making sure parcels are securely packaged and sent on time to meet delivery deadlines
- Using scanners to locate and process items quickly and efficiently
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Operating machinery (training provided) to reduce manual handling
- Labelling and preparing packages for despatch through our internal transport network
- Ensuring every order is ready, scanned off on correct pallets ahead of despatch deadlines
- Consistently meet company standards for both the quantity and quality of work performed.
- Carry out all tasks in full compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety requirements within a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to become multiskilled across various departments, supporting operational needs.
