The impact you’ll have:

You will plan the day-to-day operations of our loading department.

You will ensure that the transport planning runs smoothly and efficiently, considering delivery deadlines, loading and unloading points.

You will plan the products delivery to the end user by managing the manufacturing inventory.

You will create a plan considering the delivery timeline in accordance with sales order and production flow.

You will assign tasks and timelines to our logistics partner in accordance with the milestone decided with our customers and the plant’s warehouse manager.

You will maintain the relationship with Customers Service to provide support and information about the shipping plan.

You will issue and check standard shipping documents.

You will implement best practices to develop data standards and analysis practices to improve your daily activities.
What you’ll bring to the team:

You have a degree in Management Engineering or equivalent Diploma.

You are fluent in Italian and English. Spanish will be considered a plus.

You have a good set of technical IT skills, and you know how to use Excel well.

You are efficient in planning and organizing, with an analytical mindset

You have the ability to manage priorities and timing of assigned tasks.

You are a team player, a people person with good communication skills
