We're hiring a BDR who treats an empty pipeline as a problem to solve. 

This is a pure outbound role. You'll go after enterprise accounts - major brands and agencies - and get senior decision-makers to take the meeting. The accounts are big, the buyers are senior, and the product is one you can sell with real conviction.

Our data and AI tell marketers what people are going to do before they do it: what they'll buy, what they care about, and what will move them to act. Companies use it to win customers their competitors never saw coming. Your job is to get those companies on the phone. 


What you'll do 

  • Build pipeline through outbound - cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, account-based Fplays. Whatever gets the meeting. 
  • Research target accounts and find the people who actually make the call. 
  • Book qualified meetings with enterprise buyers and hand your AEs real opportunities, not noise. 
  • Hit your number every month, then beat it. 
  • Work with Marketing and Account Executives to pick which accounts to go after and how. 
  • Bring back what you hear in the field, so we sharpen the pitch and the targeting.

  • You're organized enough to run a territory or vertical, not just work a to-do list. 
  • You want clear targets and a way to measure how you’re doing. 
  • You learn a complex product fast and explain it simply. 
  • You own your results - the wins and the misses. 

What you bring 

  • Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or demand gen. Bonus if it was MarTech, or selling to marketing, insights, research, or analytics buyers. 
  • A track record of hitting quota and a story about the quarter you blew past it. 
  • Comfort with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo. 
  • Sharp listening skills. The best at this ask better questions, they don't just talk more. 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
