We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Outbound Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contact existing customers or prospects who already have scheduled appointments and confirm key details such as date, time, location, and other required information to ensure the site and residents are noticed for the visit. Your work ensures smooth operations for our field support teams and helps maintain excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to confirm existing appointments, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Verify customer information, service requirements, and any pre-appointment needs.
- Identify changes or issues that may require rescheduling or escalation.
- Communicate professionally and clearly to ensure customers feel prepared and supported.
- Maintain accurate records of confirmations, customer concerns, and completed communication attempts.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly metrics for confirmation rates, accuracy, and follow-through. - Collaborate with internal teams (scheduling, field support, Meter Experts) to ensure full alignment on upcoming schedules.

- Qualifications
- Any experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing high-volume contact lists.
- Basic knowledge of NetSuite strongly beneficial.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and work independently.
- Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to attend in-office training and occasional onsite meetings as needed.
