Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect with strong techno-functional expertise to design and deliver scalable OTM Cloud solutions aligned with business and logistics requirements.

Solution Architecture & Fit-Gap Analysis

CRP, SIT, UAT, Deployment & Go-Live

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis

• Design and configure end-to-end OTM solutions

• Develop agents, workflows, UI personalization & automation

• Design integrations with external systems

• Build reports, dashboards and business insights

• Lead testing, deployment, cutover and go-live activities

• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams

• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements

• Prepare documentation and conduct user training

Skills Required

7-10 years of professional experience
Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud
Experience with OTM core modules, shipment planning, rating, freight settlement, order management, and rate management
Experience with OTM workbenches, agents, workflows, UI configuration, and automation
Experience designing REST API, JSON, XML, and web service integrations
Strong SQL, data modeling, and reporting skills
Supply chain and transportation domain knowledge
Solution architecture and fit-gap analysis experience
Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities
