This role will handle all social & digital campaigns for TRESemmé as well as all high-impact activations for the brand.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for leading all social first demand generation: Organic content creation & an always-on social strategy
- End-to-end responsibility of leading Others’ Say – Ideation, Execution & Performance Management, culminating in higher social mentions & searches for TRESemmé
- Work closely with multiple agencies to unlock new IF niches & platforms to eventually improve campaign effectiveness & reach
- Responsible for leading high-impact collaborations, including but not limited to LFW and other on-ground + digital content properties
KEY SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/marketing activation/media/creative agency
- Prior experience with social-first DG, content, or influencer marketing
- Capacity for insight, analytics & performance management
- Passion for beauty and beauty trends and an intuition for consumer-first thinking
- High commitment to working on multiple projects, learning fast & taking action quickly
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects
