We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP resource specializing in OTC with a strong focus on EDI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field
- 6+ years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP OTC field
- Experience on 1 End to End SAP OTC implementation
- 6+ years of experience as SAP OTC functional or techno-functional consultant
- Implementation experience (at least 1) in SAP OTC which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training and postproduction Level 3 support
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business processes and associated software configuration with respect to Order to Cash module
- Primarily concerned with resolving day-to-day issues that end-users face in SAP supply chain track. Provide support to end-users experiencing technical problems with systems
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of EDI transactions such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices
- Strong working knowledge of EDI standards not necessarily technical expertise
- Through knowledge on all IDOC related transactions in SAP
- Strong experience in the following SD areas

Sales Support
Shipping of Material
Sales Activities
Billing related
Credit Management.
Contract Handling and Management
EDI Partner Profiles
- Logical thinking and Problem Solving skills along with the ability to collaborate
- Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Demonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by the SAP OTC
- Able to Work with end users from Requirement gathering, blue printing, realization, User acceptance test till deployment for functional enhancement
- Cross functional integration skills with other SAP functional work streams
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate well with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing.
- Able to work independently on individual projects end to end.
- Prior experience on Merger and Acquisitions, Upgradations, Roll outs will be an added advantage
- Prior experience on Global projects will be an added advantage to lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective to providing high quality value addition solution to customers
