What will your responsibilities be?

  • Partner with OTC stakeholders to understand the business process and translate requirements into specifications to implement solutions using RPA technology.
  • Anticipate, identify, track, resolve technical issues and risks affecting the project.
  • Perform detailed estimations of project timeline.
  • Maintain process and system documentation for the automation processes.
  • Build a SME Level understanding of the OTC processes being automated and help design future enhancements.
  • Maintain ongoing service and governance controls.
  • Manage RPA projects and ensure agile delivery.
  • Conducting UAT’s and securing the signoffs for new requirements.
  • Regular issues tracking.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with OTC and GBS stakeholders.
  • Responsible for building collaborative and positive working relationships with OTC stakeholders and identifying areas where RPA can help to reduce the process inefficiency.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • 3 – 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI (or another equivalent RPA tool such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is an advantage
  • 5+ years of GBS/Finance/IT experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with IT Project management
  • Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Eager to learn new things, adopt new techniques, self-drive and work discipline is a must.
