As The Order To Cash Lead Supply Chain, you deliver DTS capabilities and products, implement differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable IFP Segment business growth working in close collaboration with Global Digital Supply Chain & Order To Cash Platform teams.

You will provide support with a Segment Focus on leveraging value from Global Enterprise, Supply Chain, Order To Cash Applications/Platforms e.g., OpenText, Celonis and ERP Core Systems. You achieve this through strategy deployment and ensures execution of the plan throughout the year. You is responsible for managing the vision and execution of the strategy through analysis and recommendations of the project portfolio and budget. You will use continuous improvement and agile methodology to drive standards and visual metrics for the leadership team.

You will be in a key leadership position, partnering and influencing business strategies and capabilities to drive operational performance and revenue growth. You will ensure the effective operation and advancement of Order To Cash within the IFP Segment. You will report directly to Director Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Finance.

In this role, you will:

Co-Create Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of the IT Order To Cash Strategy for the IFP Segment.

  • Transform the Order To Cash Environment through 3-to-5-year Strategy Plans.

  • Partner with IFP Sector Leaders to standardize processes and create data-driven strategies.

Consumer-Led Mindset:

  • Understand the Family Care and Professional ecosystem and ensure technology adds value.

  • Be accountable at the IFP level for global and segment technology-enabled Order To Cash products (e.g., OpenText, Celonis, Global GBS toolsets).

Be Transformational:

  • Prioritize common over unique solutions and focus on digital products.

  • Drive an Agile/Product Owner process within Order To Cash, inspiring optimal thinking.

Value Realization:

  • Define and measure value, cost, and alignment to strategy.

  • Develop SBP and Technology Investment Plans for IFP Segment.

  • Own TCO and value delivered from Order To Cash capabilities.

Simplify, Globalize, and Automate:

  • Standardize business processes and automate manual work in the Order To Cash Environment.

  • Manage data and technology within Order To Cash for IFP Segment.

Be Disruptive:

  • Seek innovation and value through technology and process change.

  • Standardize processes across Order To Cash units and regions for scalability.

Security and Privacy by Design:

  • Ensure security, privacy, and compliance are integral to all activities.

Change Management:

  • Focus on successful adoption of processes and technology changes.

  • Develop a succession plan for evolving technology needs.

Wiring Our Organization for Growth:

  • Invest in analytics for consumer understanding in Order To Cash Operations.

  • Leverage AI/ML to improve Order To Cash reporting processes.

Maximizing Our Value Chain Advantage:

  • Implement OpenText and Celonis in all IFP Segment Countries.

  • Roll out GBS Solutions to support legal requirements within countries.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 7-10 years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery within Order To Cash operations, working in an innovative and highly agile customer environment.

  • Experience working in CPG industry, with specific background working within the Order To Cash Function.

  • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including business stakeholders and internal DTS peers.

  • Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps.

  • Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, powerful sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, effective communication/collaboration.

  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.

  • At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies.

  • Relevant Order To Cash understanding, ability to create and communicate business benefits.
