JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

We are building a high-performing Commission Operations capability for LATAM, and you will support the commission lifecycle by performing commission calculations, validations, reconciliations, and payment preparation activities. Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams, you will help ensure commission transactions are processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with established procedures and controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support commission calculation, validation, and payment preparation activities.

  • Perform routine reconciliations and assist in investigating commission discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate commission records and supporting documentation.

  • Process commission-related transactions in accordance with defined procedures and service levels.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for commission processing.

  • Assist in monitoring commission-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.

  • Support month-end activities and reporting requirements.

  • Contribute to data quality and process compliance initiatives.

  • Assist with audits and internal control requirements related to commission operations.

  • Identify potential process improvements and share recommendations with senior team members.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of commission processes, finance operations, OTC, AR, or related functions.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work with data and perform routine analysis and reconciliations.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Technical Skills

  • Good MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic reconciliation analysis).

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage and review transaction data with accuracy.

  • Familiarity with billing, commissions, or finance-related systems is desirable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Finance Operations, OTC, AR, Collections, commissions, or related administrative roles.

  • Intermediate English required.

  • Degree or studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
