OTC AR Reconciliation Specialist (Warsaw, Poland, hybrid/remote)
Location: first 1 months - hybrid; later fully remote (with office access in Warsaw, Poland)
The Job (responsibilities):
- Responsible for End-to-End Reconciliation process for Key accounts (Big retails groups).
- Dedicated region: Europe.
- Analyze customer accounts.
- Ensure day-today reconciliation activity by matching accounting document like: payments, credit notes, deductions.
- Liaising with customers.
- Raising of Credit Notes.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, and stakeholders.
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional.
- Participate to meeting with customer.
- Cooperating closely with other departments such as Cash collection, Cash application, Dispute, Sales, Rebate.
The Person (requirements):
- Higher Degree - Business, Finance, or Systems or related.
- Work experience in a similar role - OTC (order-to-cash) experience or related, like Finance, Account receivables, Accounting, cash application.
- Strong experience in reconciliation for big retails groups.
- SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).
- Able to work to defined processes.
- MS Excel.
- Strong English language. France or other European language will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization.
- Proactive.
- Good Time Management / Prioritization skills.
- Pro-client approach.
- Attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.
