In dieser Rolle unterstützt du Apotheken mit fachlichen Schulungen, Trainings und erfolgreichem Empfehlungsmarketing rund um das OTC-Portfolio von Haleon in dem Großraum Berlin. Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf, stärkst das Wissen des pharmazeutischen Personals und trägst aktiv zur erfolgreichen Platzierung unserer Produkte bei.

Deine Rolle bei Haleon:

• Durchführung wissenschafts- und produktbezogener Schulungen und Präsentationen für Apotheker:innen und pharmazeutisches Personal

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, stabiler Kundenbeziehungen im zugeordneten Gebiet

• Umsetzung von Unternehmens- und Marketingstrategien sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Besuchs- und Tourenplanung

• Regelmäßige Beratungsgespräche und Follow-ups mit Apotheken, inkl. E-Mail-, Telefon- und Vor-Ort-Terminen

• Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und digitalen Schulungsformaten

• Eigenständige Ausarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen, Gesprächsleitfäden und fachlichen Inhalten

• Teilnahme an regionalen und nationalen Vertriebstagungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PTA; alternativ PKA, Pharma-Ökonom oder Apotheker/in

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Apotheke oder im OTC-Außendienst

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, auch im Umgang mit digitalen Medien

• Sicheres, empathisches Auftreten sowie Freude daran, Beratungskompetenz zu vermitteln

• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und organisatorische Stärke

• IT-Affinität und sichere Anwendung von CRM-Systemen sowie MS Office

• Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Reisetätigkeit im Vertriebsgebiet
