About the Role:
As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others). This role is perfect for someone highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges. You’ll work closely with our team
What You’ll Do:
- Create, manage, and monitor reservations on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.
- Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.
- Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Need:
- Prior experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in multitasking across different platforms and tools.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support cross-department collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
