About this opportunity:
Manufacturing sites today are increasingly digitized, interconnected, and dependent on Operational Technology systems for Assembly, Test and Surface Mount Assembly (SMA/SMT) and other processes with automation and IoT- equipment. These systems are critical to safety, product quality, and production continuity, but they are also increasingly exposed to cyber threats.
To effectively protect our Supply site Tallinn, a dedicated Operational Technology Security Lead role is necessary to bring the security of Operational Technology and IT together, monitor risk, respond to accidents, manage assets and vulnerabilities to ultimately secure business continuity and meet compliance requirements.
Our ideal candidate is used to and interested in working with legacy technologies, understands the limitations and risks it exposures yet is determined and stubborn enough to find the solutions and make it work. This Operational Technology Security Lead role will lead the local site operations initiatives and coordinate with global Operational Technology security domain.
This is a full-time hybrid position based at our supply site in Tallinn, Estonia.
What you will do:
• Setup local cross function team for Operational Technology security according to governance structure.• Be ESS representative in global Operational Technology security domain, secure cross site collaboration and best practices.• Be accountable to implement process, system and tools for controls.• Manage risk assessment and drive corrective actions with local and global security functions • Lead and coordinate Operational Technology security planned regular activities, e.g. awareness training, internal assessment, monitoring and analysis, etc.• Escalate risk and incidents to local security management board and Global Operational Technology security domain.• Closely collaborate with IT for manufacturing security assurance including information security.• Support enterprise security for Operational Technology related issues.• Be interface for product security for Operational Technology controls.
The skills and expertise you bring:
• Proven experience in Operational Technology and cyber security.• Deep understanding of Operational Technology systems, especially legacy technology. • Knowledge of information and cyber security standards: ISO27001, IEC62443.• Experience in regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and documentation.• Skilled in leading incident response, crisis communication, and coordinating stakeholders during security events.• Effective stakeholder engagement capabilities across business, technical, and external partners.• High level English proficiency and excellent communication skills
