Ferring+You 

As OT Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Ferring’s manufacturing operations by leading global Operational Technology projects that enable digital transformation and operational excellence. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams across IT, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external partners, you will translate business objectives into successfully delivered OT solutions that create real impact on production performance and reliability. You will be accountable for driving projects from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline, and budget while meeting regulatory and cybersecurity requirements. This is a highly visible, global role that offers the opportunity to influence how Ferring designs, deploys, and scales digital manufacturing solutions across its worldwide network.

Your day at Ferring

• Plan, manage, and deliver global OT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, Operations, EHS, and Quality to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of OT solutions.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, OT architects, and external vendors to select and implement appropriate OT technologies.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and changes, and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing utilization while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders and capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within Operational Technology (OT) in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, HMI, BMS, EMS, and DCS.

• Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).

• Understanding of IT infrastructure supporting OT solutions, including physical and virtual servers.

• Proven experience managing complex, global projects from initiation through delivery.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with validation standards (e.g., GAMP) and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.

• Experience with Siemens BMS/EMS Desigo CC is a plus.

• Fluency in English.

This position requires regular travel to manufacturing sites across the world.
