Role profile – OSS/BSS Solution Architect
The Solution Architect is responsible for defining, maintaining and evolving the emerging solution architecture that enables the digital vision and business objectives, maximizing the value of technology disruptions into current and future capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solutions and cross domain integration and APIs
Feasibility Analysis
Business capability / customer journey architecture governance in agile software delivery
Solution and design on online buy journey
Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure alignment
Oversee and lead the design, development, and deployment of digital architecture practices, standards, and patterns, innovations
Documenting the product definition, business rules, end-to-end operational and business processes, the technical product architecture, as the single consolidated product reference to the business.
Required Skills
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, large scale integration, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
Expertise in end to end Product Development Lifecycle for Telecom products.
Understanding of Rumour to Cash process for Enterprise Business
Order Management using Siebel
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills, with high-levels of creativity
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
Understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends
Understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends
Experience in business capability modelling and technical and solution architecture development in a digital business context
Extensive experience in business capability modelling and technical and solution architecture development in a digital business context
Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD
Professional experience and knowledge of digital and Telecommunications industries strongly preferred
