The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an OSINT Senior Program Manager to work in one of our customer’s offices (Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to lead the Leidos Team (and subs) who will be providing services and activities in support of DIA. In this mission space we will specifically support DIA/OSIC's OSINT production Government Staff who are responsible for oversight of OSINT for the entire Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos effort consists of five main tasks: collecting and reporting, mission and information technology architecture, policy and OSINT governance support, OSINT strategic communications strategy support, and OSINT specialized tradecraft and training development support. As our Senior Program Manager, you will be providing oversight and leadership of all Leidos and subordinate contract staff who will be executing all five mission areas. The Leidos Senior Program Manager will be the primary Leidos representative to DIA Government Staff who oversee this effort on behalf of DIA and the DIE. Leidos personnel supporting this effort may operate out of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Patrick Space Force Base, FL; possibly Leidos corporate space, and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs across the DIA OSINT Program and throughout the DoD, IC, and FVEY communities.

Responsibilities Include:

Primary POC to the Government, providing leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned.

Responsible for cost, schedule, quality and efficiency of technical and business processes of the entire contract team’s operations.

Represents Leidos to Government Staff and will have authority to execute all requirements for the Task Order.

Responsible for on time delivery of the entire contract team’s required programmatic artifacts.

Optimizes use of the entire contract’s resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsible to be available to respond to Government questions and/or alerting Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
Clearance Required:

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 12+ years of full-time IC PM experience.

Experience overseeing a dynamically evolving environment as the leader of a diverse, collaborative and dispersed team.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
-
Active PMP Certification.
-
Experience as a PM of technical intelligence and support services teams.
-
20 years of experience working in the IC.
-
20 years of experience working in the DoD.

Pay Range:Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
