Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services in Sydney's Lower North Shore. This Permanent Full Time position is 38 hours per week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm.
As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.
- Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
- Lead training, performance, and development in the service
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services

- Work across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery.

- Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships.
